Sympathy Sibanda, LOCAL editor, writer and motivational speaker, said she plans to train potential female writers, editors and poets.
In an interview with NewsDay Life & Style, Sibanda, who is an award-winning entrepreneur, said she plans to write a culture.
“Women are generally excluded from certain programs, they are always busy with household chores, but they are the custodians of a lot of information that they never share,” she said.
âFrom the baseline survey we conducted, women have no knowledge of what publishing involves and how to create stories that I respond to by providing education, preparation and motivation. “
Sibanda said she has formed a group of potential writers, poets and writers which she described as a platform that provides all publication information in one place.
âThe group is made up of diverse women around the world, united by their love for writing. Women should have access to multiple sources of income by empowering themselves, âshe said.
âAn empowered woman empowers others and has options to tackle cultural misconceptions, including abuse. “
As an entrepreneur, Sibanda runs a food manufacturing company that produces peanut butter, nuts, biltong and provides training for promising food producers.
